If you are fascinated by the topic of gravitational waves and how they can teach us about our universe, set aside your plans for March 16th. GLAS will be hosting a star party at the Grand Geneva on the night of Monday, March 16th. The Star Party will kick off with Kate Meredith (president of GLAS Education) giving a talk about Einstein, Gravity and the future of Yerkes Observatory. Then we will fill the hallway outside of the Linwood room with our activities that are focused around gravitational waves. There will also be multiple LIGO guest speakers at 8pm!
